Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below is everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across Nigeria using trusted courier partners depending on your location.

Within Abuja (FCT) Orders within Abuja are delivered via Bolt Courier. Deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 business days after dispatch. You will receive delivery details once your order is on its way.

Outside Abuja (Nationwide) For orders outside Abuja, we use GIG Logistics (GIGL). Delivery timelines vary by destination but typically range from 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking information. You can use this to track your delivery directly through the respective courier's platform:

  • Bolt Courier — for Abuja deliveries
  • GIG Logistics — for nationwide deliveries

Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, such as public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or high-demand periods. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service, but we will always do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may return the package to us. In such cases, the customer may be required to cover the cost of re-delivery. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sapieremen@gmail.com with your order details and photos where applicable. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
