Shipping Policy
Order processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a notification once your order is dispatched.
Where we deliver We currently ship within Nigeria only.
Delivery within Abuja (FCT) Delivered via Bolt Courier, typically within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery outside Abuja (nationwide) Delivered via GIG Logistics (GIGL), typically within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
Shipping fees Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order, so you'll see the exact cost before paying.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation message with tracking information.
Failed or missed deliveries If a delivery fails because the address provided was incorrect or no one was available to receive the order, re-delivery may require an additional delivery fee. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
Lost or damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at sapieremen@gmail.com with your order number and photos where relevant, and we'll work with the courier to resolve it.
